Vol. 14 No. 22 (2023): Nicaragua

In this edition, Teuken Bidikay- Revista Latinoamericana de Investigación en Organizaciones, Ambiente y Sociedad, dedicates its space to the culture and geographic diversity of Nicaragua. This country is located in Central America, has a complex history marked by indigenous civilizations, Spanish colonization and political conflicts.

The cover image is a painting by the Nicaraguan painter César Caracas Mongolo, in which he represented the multicolored soil of his homeland. In the imagination of his countrymen the phrase "Nicaragua in the beloved memory" remained as the eternal canvas of his creations.
