Vol. 13 No. 21 (2022): República Dominicana
In this edition, the magazine Teuken Bidikay- Latin American Journal of Research in Organizations, Environment and Society, dedicates its space to the Antillean people of the Dominican Republic and their culture. Located in the Caribbean, it bears witness to social, economic and geopolitical transformations and rescues in its traditions the legacy of migration to and from Latin America. The anthropomorphic image on the cover is a reflection of the pottery culture contributed by the Taínos who occupied their territory and who were practically exterminated in the colonizing process. The position of this figure accounts for a symbol of rank manifested in the rituals of this ancient culture.
