Canais de comunicação mediada por computador e seus efeitos na satisfação com a comunicação

Resumo

As redes sociais são canais integrados à comunicação organizacional interna. Por tanto, este estudo examina o uso da comunicação mediada por computador, a frequência de seu uso e seu possível efeito na satisfação com a comunicação nas PMEs colombianas do setor de serviços. A amostra foi de 103 pessoas de 4 PMEs colombianas. Os resultados mostram que WhatsApp, email e Intranet institucional são os canais de comunicação interna mais utilizados; e que Instagram, Facebook e YouTube são os menos usados. Da mesma forma, observa-se que a ausência da comunicação mediada por computador não impacta a satisfação da comunicação. As implicações são importantes neste momento de emergência global de saúde que forçou as organizações a moverem trabalho em casa.

Profesional en Idiomas, Administrador de Empresas, Magister en Gerencia del Talento Humano y candidato a doctor en Administración en la Facultad de Negocios y Economía de la Universidad de Pécs (Hungría). Docente de cátedra en la Facultad de Ingeniería - Universidad de Antioquia.
