LIBERATING EDUCATION AS AN ALTERNATIVE TO FAVOR THE EMPOWERMENT OF COMMUNITY WORKERS

The objective of this study is to present the findings related to the impact of liberating education on the empowerment of community workers in five Family Production Units located in the city of Valencia, Carabobo State. A qualitative research approach was used, based on the hermeneutic method, the techniques used were linked to the application of semi-structured interviews, as well as observation. The results indicate that liberating education promoted reflection and dialogue among workers for their empowerment of the communal economy, so that they break their condition of oppressed, thus favoring the alternative development of Venezuela and the peoples of the world. In conclusion, it is fundamental the use of liberating education within the reach of the working masses, to favor their own liberation.
