A qualitative research approach was used, based on the hermeneutic method, the techniques used were linked to the application of semi-structured interviews, as well as observation. The results indicate that liberating education promoted reflection and dialogue among workers for their empowerment of the communal economy, so that they break their condition of oppressed, thus favoring the alternative development of Venezuela and the peoples of the world. In conclusion, it is fundamental the use of liberating education within the reach of the working masses, to favor their own liberation.
