Proposal to mitigate damages from the specialized "silo" of liability risk management

This article aims to provide alternatives to strategically manage the risks of incurring in legal liability for damages to third parties due to industrial activities such as those related to oil and gas exploration and production. The proposal is developed by documenting different risk analysis approaches to be used in a collaboration between the operative level (operational risk specialists, particularly the legal liability "silo") and the strategic level (top management) in order to mitigate health and environmental damage.
