Abstract

The practice of regular physical exercise has its benefits in physical health and mental health of the population. In addition, it is recommended as a useful strategy to complement the treatment of substance use disorders. The differences and effects have been studied of the program EF, over the capacities on individuals receiving treatment's conditional capacities and stress profile. A pre-experimental pretest-posttest design was used, with a single group of (n=4, Medad =22.0, DE= 5.3) people chosen at random, examined and eligible based on self-report PAR-Q & YOU and a control mean such as the IDARE. The results show the significant differences and statistically significant impacts in MS muscular resistance, abdominal muscular resistance, and MI changes were identified, although not significant, also in flexibility; and statistically significant changes in stress were found. The outcomes of this study show that physical exercise can cause beneficial changes in some aspects of physical behavior in the drug-addicted population, but more empirical data is needed to support up these claims.
