It is necessary that the user is aware that what he is doing has a logical and specific purpose, in the first instance, the term is generic and limited to describe the action of a person who uses something. This article enquires, how should the user concept be defined for a designer? To that end, it deals with what experiences and emotions mean, customer journey, the persotype and packaging experience design.
